  • Accurately process payroll for1000+ employees with consistency
  • Maintain payroll information by collecting, calculating,and entering data.
  • Update payrollrecords by entering changes in exemptions, insurance coverage,earnings, deductions, promotions, job change or job title anddepartment / division transfers.
  • Prepare reports by compiling summaries of earnings,taxes(if any), deductions, leave, and advances.
  • Determine payroll liabilities by calculatingemployee pension and other accruals & compensationpayments.
  • Maintain payrolloperations by following policies and procedures; reporting neededchanges.
  • Manage workflow asprescribed to maximize efficiency
  • Prepare the required monthly journal entries to be sentto Finance
  • Prepare for necessaryaudit requirements (Quarterly, Semi-Annually andAnnually)
  • Research, analyze, andresolve all discrepancies, reporting to management asneeded
  • Maintain employeeconfidence and protect payroll operations by keeping theinformation confidential
  • You musthave

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 4-5 years of end to end Payroll ManagementExperience
  • Advanced ExcelSkills
  • Experience in Oracle orSAP
  • Strong FunctionalKnowledge
  • High Attention todetail and Accuracy
  • Outstandingproblem solving and analytical thinking
  • Good Communication
