Receptionist Responsibilities :

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive,helpful attitude.
  • Assisting clients in findingtheir way around the office.
  • Announcingclients as necessary.
  • Helping maintainworkplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges asnecessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Assisting with a variety of administrative tasksincluding copying, faxing, taking notes and making travelplans.
  • Preparing meeting and trainingrooms.
  • Answering phones in a professionalmanner, and routing calls as necessary.
  • Assisting colleagues with administrativetasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc administrativeduties.
  • Answering, forwarding, and screeningphone calls.
  • Sorting and distributingmail.
  • Hiring, managing and developing thejunior administrative team.
  • Provide excellentcustomer service.
  • Schedulingappointments.
