Essential Responsibilities

  • Provide employees and managers with anavailable first point of contact for questions and guidance onfundamental HR topics and issue;
  • navigates employees and manager toHR Shared Services when it is the more appropriate resource*Partner closely with regional HRBP to execute on businesspriorities.

    Regularly advises management in the function and / or inthe business.

  • Has a supportive role indecision making about important subjects.
  • Partner with Employee HR Management team, andO&TD professionals to execute business-specific HRstrategies* Lead key
  • HR processes includingcompensation planning and compliance
  • Ensurethat all employee relations issues are properly identified,reported, investigated andResolved
  • Exercisegood judgment and decision-making in the best interest ofmaintaining amenable labor management relations
  • Conduct HR training and support for functional processeslike PD, People Review, Salary Planning, New Employee
  • Orientation, leaders touchpoint and New ManagerAssimilation* Presents to leaders in the business solutions orfunctional area on functional discipline and business solutions.
  • Works with cross functional teams.

  • Maintainand protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny, judgment, andcareCommunication with colleagues and business leaders about changeof policy and implementation.
