DohaContract, PermanentWe are looking for an experienced DRIVING TRAINING MANAGER to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes and also to enhance Driving Instructors’ skills, performance, productivity and quality of work.
Responsibilities : Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managersDraw an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectationsDeploy a wide variety of training methodsConduct effective induction and orientation sessionsMonitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and success.
Provide opportunities for ongoing developmentResolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessaryMaintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practicesRequirements : Proven work experience as a training manager in a driving school or equivalent field of industry.
Must be Male not more than 40 years old.Any nationality are welcome to apply.Must have at least 5 to 10 years experience as a training manager.
