Provide and explain technicalconcepts to the Nagios Sales Team, potential customers, and NagiosPartners
Coordinate heavily with the SupportTech team, Product Team, Partner Team and the Sales Team to drivesales and meet goals
Create and deliverenergetic and in-depth solution presentations and demonstrationsfor the Nagios Sales Team, potential customers, and NagiosPartners
Produce and continually maintaintechnical documentation for Nagios Partners in conjunction with theNagios Product Team
Work directly with NagiosPartners to support their technical needs; POCs, implementation,requirements, etc.
Document and share feedback(product issues, feature requests, technical requirements, etc.)with Nagios Product, Support and Channel Teams
Adeptly communicate technical concepts to all userexperience levels with native and non-native English speakersalike
Ongoing & proactive learning;including incorporating and sharing new knowledge and skills intoyour regular on the job activities
Respond toincoming technical inquires from customers and partners to educateand influence their buying decisions
Operatewith transparency, integrity and respect that reflects a positiveattitude
