  • Communicate to the Front of the House’ staff the special menuitems and out of stock items when
  • needed andkeep them up-to-date with special events and reservations toprepare needs accordingly
  • Manage theopening / closing duties making sure the norms and internalprocedures are properly
  • followed and checkkitchen material making sure it is being properly degreased,cleaned and stored
  • Prepare high quality foodorders as per the outlined recipes and specifications, cleanlinessand food
  • safety standards
  • Receive products, material and goods from suppliers,verify their quality, quantity and proper stocking,
  • and register waste items on the relevant form forinventory purposes
  • Supervise stationemployees’ performance and ensure they complyconsistently with the standard
  • servingportions, cooking methods, quality and kitchen rules, policies andprocedures
  • Enforce safety rules for kitchenequipment and ensure maintenance of materials andinstallations
  • Assess the par level needed forall products
