  • Conducting product research andsourcing new suppliers and vendors.
  • Sourcingmaterials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the bestor most cost-effective contracts and deals.
  • Performing inventory inspections and reordering suppliesand stock as necessary.
  • Conducting marketresearch to keep abreast of emerging trends and businessopportunities.
  • Inspecting stock and reportingany faulty items or inconsistencies immediately.
  • Updating and maintaining records of all orders, payments,and received stock.
  • Coordinating with thedelivery team and following up on delays or orders that have beenrescheduled.
  • Attending product launches andnetworking with industry professionals.
  • Establishing professional relationships with clients aswell as vendors and suppliers.
  • Ensuring allstock is packaged appropriately and delivered to the correctlocation in a timely manner.
