The Sales Managerposition will be responsible for Turbomachinery & Process Solutions (TPS)Aftermarket Sales covering Qatar.
It is a key role in providing salesexcellence and commercial intensity, identifying white space in assignedterritory. Build intimate relationship with Oil & Gas Operating Companiesto deliver sustainable & long-term key account management forOnshore / Offshore Production (OOP), Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) & Pipelineand Gas Processing (PGP) industry segments.
The Aftermarket SalesManager should develop practical and innovative ways to identify and meetgoals. In this role you will be responsible for work that is less defined inscope, utilize your understanding and experience to execute businessobjectives, and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-termplanning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.
Candidate of thatrole should have the ability to :
Execute on assignedoperating plan and assures that the business wins profitable / productiveaftermarket sales in Qatar.
Provide deal teamleadership for related sales through the formulation and execution of proposalstrategies that capitalize on BHGE's competitive strengths to serve thecustomer's needs resulting in execution of definitive sales agreements.
Manage the salesproposal process from opportunity identification through contract flow down tokey BHGE organizations.
Lead relationshipand strategy with channel partners and key strategic partners in th
Qualifications / Requirements
Bachelor's degreefrom an accredited university or college in Engineering or equivalent.
At least 8 yearsof experience in a sales or marketing of Oil & Gas Equipment, commercialbackground is an asset.
Experience in theMiddle East Region, and record of managing a big portfolio.
Customer focusedand ability to build relationship based on trust and accountability.
Healthy businessacumen and ability to lead in securing orders.
Excellentcommunication skills both verbally and written, fluency in both English andArabic.
Ability to workeffectively in cross discipline and cross functional environments.
Master's degree inBusiness Administration or equivalent.
Experience in Oil& Gas industry, working knowledge in Qatar is preferred.
In-depth knowledgeof the industrial applications for product lines and markets.
Strong oral andwritten communication skills.
