Job Overview :
The Construction Tech (Fab) role is designed to support administrative activities and assist with data review.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities :
Carryout administrative activities of Smart plant Construction, Foundation, and associated systems
Engineering / Procurement / Construction data wrangling - querying, structuring, cleaning, and transforming datasets for imports / exports, analytics and reporting.
Develop a plan for project material storage, handling, transport & FTM.
Responsible to carry out the project material bag / tag & material reconciliation
Develop the list of ship loose items
Develop & maintain the record of rented items, calibration certificate, special tools & tackles etc.
Responsible to maintain the inventory of tools / tackles for each discipline & identified the shortage.
Responsible for maintaining the master log for P&E (Plant & Equipment’s), Scaffolding, HVE (High Value Test Equipment’s) and Consumables
Essential Qualifications and Education :
Over 5 years in Oil & Gas / Fabrication / Construction / Marine / Petrochemical industry as systems admin
Familiar with Offshore / Onshore Engineering 3D design & detailing tools data management (S3D, E3D, Tekla, Spoolgen)
Competence in Computer systems (Excel, word, Power point). Hand on experience in MS office tools like excel, word, power points Graduate / Diploma in Material Management
Proficiency in range of processes or procedures through job-related training & considerable on the job experience.
