Crew Pairings AnalysisAssist the Line Manager in conducting analysis of various pairing what if scenarios to assess the impact of the rule set changes on the pairings output.
Crew Pairing ProductionBuild various pairing scenarios to determine best solution within given parameters for the current pairing planning period.
Ensure assigned tasks from Lead Crew Pairing Analyst for the pairing production cycle are finished within the agreed timelines by keeping attention and continuous discussion with the concerned areas that could impact the pairing optimization process, to guarantee the pairing publication on time.
Use systems and knowledge to achieve greatest balance of KPIs within utilisation targets.Provide recommendation to adjust the schedule in order to achieve cost efficiency.
Prepare presentation of the pairings based on the forecasted schedule to be discussed / agreed with the management.IT SystemsAdjust rules and parameters within pairings system under direction from Lead Crew Pairings Analyst.
Constructive participate in improving use of functionality of system.Ensure data and setting with IT systems is aligned with the fleet and rank that is being worked.
Conduct testing of IT systems requested by the Lead Crew Pairing Analyst for new rules / parameters to be used within a particular fleet / rank.
About You : Qualifications : EssentialRelevant College or University qualification to min Bachelor's levelPrevious Experience : EssentialMinimum 4 years relevant experienceRelevant work experience in Crew Resources related role including Pairing and / or Rostering experience.
Job Specific Skills : Essential Knowledge of using optimisation system.Proven ability to maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Proven ability to work constructively within a small team.Planning and problem solving skills.Understanding of Crew Pairings processes.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements (i.e. Flight Time Limitations).Intermediate level of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) skills.
English communication skills (Written and spoken).PreferredKnowledge of Jeppesen Crew Pairing and Rostering System.
