1. Develop and execute the Start-up / Shutdownplan and align with other Asset stakeholders if required.
2. Analyse the tasks to be completed prior toStart-up / Shutdown and establish key interfaces necessary to achievea smooth transition from commissioning to Start-up and operationalreadiness.
3. Leads the start-up organizationthrough start-up phase until stable operation and makes dayto-daydecisions to ensure project compliance to relevant standards andprocedures.
4. Assist with management ofmanpower requirements according to Start-up / Shutdown activities andensure technical competency of operationsstaff.
