Carry out customer needs analysis and then propose solutions from the LEDD portfolio which persuade the customers that the product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and purpose.
Meet the quarterly sales targets whilst ensuring that LEDD can deliver on its promise at the sale stage.Develop long-term relationships with the key customer stakeholders and decision-makers up to senior management, managing and interpreting their requirements whilst evaluating satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle.
Prepare customer quotationsPrepare reports and keep documentation updated as required.Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions which ultimately meet both the customer’s and company’s expectations.
Provide pre-sales technical assistance, product education and transitional post-sales support.Support marketing activities by attending trade fairs, conferences, and other marketing events.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring customer problems are followed up in a timely mannerDevelop technical and sales skills to adapt to the services and products marketed according to company strategy.
Sell B2B solutions from the company portfolio in order to meet revenue targetsTo maintain and manage a pipeline of accounts in order to provide accurate forecastsSourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsPerform other duties and responsibilities as required to fulfill the job function or as assigned.
Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications or related fieldMinimum Experience5 to 7 years of successful B2B technology and / or software solution sales experience to SME and Large enterprises in QatarGood communication and presentation skillsGood knowledge of the Qatar market with a valid Qatar Driving License
