Our client based in Doha is looking strategic financial business leader with hospitality experience.
The role delivers the financial expertise, is responsible for business plan creation and execution, driving financial results with alignment to brand's strategy.
You will be monitoring business performance, monitoring cash flow, preparing and executing plans, analyzing competitors, costs and budget, making sure that all is well documented.
Also, analytical support and reporting must be provided according to requirements, you will have to ensure a strong accounting and operational control as well as provide forecasts, changes / improvements recommendations, market trends analysis, business risks management and auditors / stakeholders management.
You will supervise your finance team, make sure that all employees are well trained and up to date with all changes.
You will be conducting performance reviews and preparing plans for development.
Educational requirements : 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting (or related field) + 3 years of experience in the finance and accounting OR Master's degree in Finance and Accounting (or related field) + 1 year experience in the finance and accounting Please note only suitable candidates with the relevant experience will be contacted.
