MAJOR JOB ACTIVITIES :
Serves as the principal on-site liaison between the Program Manager and on-site personnel on this contract, interfacing with Government personnel, using agencies, technical representatives and managers.
Directs and approves personnel workload requirements.
Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all Company business management functions and the management and supervision of contract support personnel within the guidelines set by the customer.
Develops and monitors the project orders when deviations from standard customer Policies & Standard Procedures are required.
Ensures that material maintenance, supply, operation of Government-automated systems and other services are provided as required in support of the project.
Monitors the performance of department managers and supervisors and submission of CDRL reports.
Approves budget, monitors contractual performance and costs of the work and takes action to minimize / correct discrepant conditions.
Establishes and monitors the overall Quality Management program. Ensures all cascade training is performed and realistic goals are established for the program.
Monitors the performance of subordinate supervisors and submission of required reports.
Approves budget, monitors contractual performance and costs, and takes action to minimize and correct discrepancies and variances.
Develops and executes marketing plans for existing and new project and non-project business development.
Performs other duties and assignments as required.
