  • Assisting in Managing Recruitmentand Hiring Process
  • Assists in the interviewingand hiring of Human Resource employee team members with theappropriate skills, as needed.
  • Assists inestablishing and maintains contact with external recruitmentsources.
  • Attends job fairs and ensuresdocumentation of outreach efforts in accordance with Human ResourceStandard Operating Procedures.
  • Networks withlocal organizations (e.g., Hotel Association and peers) to sourcecandidates for current or future openings.
  • Assists in monitoring candidate identification andselection process.
  • Performs quality control oncandidate identification / selection.
  • Assistingin Administering and Educating Employee Benefits
  • Works with the unemployment services provider to respondto unemployment claims; reviews provider reports for accuracy andcorrects errors.
  • Assists with unemploymentclaim activity reports.
  • Attends unemploymenthearings and ensures property is properly represented, asneeded.
  • Assisting in Managing EmployeeDevelopment
  • Assists with departmentalorientation program for employees to receive the appropriate newhire training to successfully perform their job.
