  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, sponsors, and partners, and to identify the appropriate media for distribution of promotional information· Monitor local and international trends in the fashion female abaya, and identify the need for new trends, etc.
  • Develop annual marketing plans· Formulate the overall marketing and business development strategies, policies, procedures for the achievement of profit targets· Accountable for planning, forecasting, seasonal initiatives (internal marketing campaign), business analysis, opportunity identification, retailer mission and account profitability analysis in the local market.
  • Exhibit strong knowledge of the marketplace and the competition, act in planning processes and lead the business with company initiatives.
  • Be responsible for in-depth knowledge of Darz’s competitor's programs and products.· Prepare annual budget, expense reports, and sales achievements.
  • Regularly Schedule product presentations; solicit and submit orders; responsible for retail marketing.· Assume an alliance role in the negotiation process and build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Communicate account issues, future business opportunities and product issues to Sales Management via sales meetings, conference calls, monthly reports, etc.
  • Act as a liaison to customers on new selling initiatives and developing technologies such as Business-to-Business and the Internet.
  • Perform development plans and sales targets with all team members each month· Recruit high caliber staff and manage their induction and performance effectively· Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client· Determining a client's business requirements and whether the products being considered are suitable· Decide whether the software or hardware needs adapting to meet the client's needs· Answer any technical questions the client might have· Present findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client· Understand customers' diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs;
  • Ensure quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems and processes and then documenting them;
  • Cold-call in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings;· Identify and develop new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls;
  • Prepare and deliver customer presentations and demonstrations of the software, articulately and confidently;· Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events;
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software systems and peripherals;· Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology;
  • providing technical advice to customers on all aspects of the installation and use of software, both before and after the sale;
  • Advise on software features and how they can be applied to assist in a variety of contexts, such as HR, Finance, Accounting, manufacturing or other specialist areas;
  • Meet sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets· Network with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades;
  • Handel software problems and faults and referring on to specialist technical colleagues· Respond to tender documents, writing proposals, reports and supporting literature;
  • Manage workload in order to organize and priorities daily and weekly goals;· Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
