As the Senior Manager you will be accountable for process design and governance, continuous improvement, ensuring operational control and compliance through effective stakeholder management and accurate reporting and analytics.
The role will also ensure recruitment has the right processes, tools and supply chain management to deliver its objectives as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The role also ensures recruitment systems are optimised (working in conjunction with HRIS & IT), recruitment change projects are delivered and operational support is appropriate.
The role is also responsible for continuous improvement of policies, processes, tools and both functional and customer performance using analytics to define improvement opportunities and overseeing their delivery.
You will be responsible in managing the design and development of a world class recruitment reporting suite that drives individual and team performance through the use of detailed metrics and KPIs.
You will be responsible for the continuous improvement of offering, rationalising and simplifying, reporting, ensuring rigorous quality control and maintaining accuracy and relevance to audience.
You will also be managing, coaching and training others in the team by encouraging a sense of accountability and ownership using analytics to drive performance improvement.
You will be cultivating positive and professional working relationships with the HR community and the Businesses you support.
Key responsibilities of the role : LeadershipProvide expert level input and guidance to ensure the Global Recruitment Team can deliver its commitments effectively.
This will include best practice in process design, data management and analysis, project management and continuous improvement.
Support the implementation of Qatar Airways Group recruitment process and operating model, including influencing key stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to adopt the processes, tools and behavioursPartner with the Recruitment Team and other HR team members to drive continuous improvement in the quality, speed and cost of hiringProvide thought leadership , coaching, mentoring and guidance to the Recruitment Team members and key stakeholders on all areas of recruitmentProcess Design, Change Management & Continuous ImprovementDesign and drive resolutions for process and system issuesDevelop ideas and innovation for future improvements to process and tools to ensure that Qatar Airways Group is at the forefront of innovation in recruitment operationsImplement process improvements as agreed by the VP Recruitment and any Executive Steering Committee’s that have been convened to support the Recruitment Roadmap or ProgrammeCreate, present and own improvement plans based on customer feedbackSupport local implementation of Qatar Airways Group process improvement programmes as requiredEducation & TrainingCreate the need with senior stakeholders globally for suitable intelligent customer’ capabilities to be developed in their teams.
