The Tender Committee (TC) Secretary is a key member of the Supply Chain Management (SCM) team based in Vodafone Qatar and engages across multiple business departments for the delivery of tendering projects and procurement activities.
The TC Secretary will be responsible for ensuring Vodafone Qatar’s Procurement Policy is followed for all procurement activity and shall be responsible for facilitating the appropriate tender process with all relevant stakeholders, tender committees and authorities.
TC Secretary will be highly visible to internal Vodafone Qatar stakeholders, including senior management (CEO and EXCO) and shall be required to coordinate all tender committee meetings and manage subsequent communication and actions.
