You will be working as a Customer Support Specialist will be a part of the Motion Business and Drives Business Line based in Doha, Qatar.

In this role, you will be providing internal and external customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant resources to have complete case ownership and to increase customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilitiesLeading order handling and execution to achieve connected financial KPIs (Revenue, Cash and profitability).

Ensuring customer loyalty via professional customer support and orders execution.Closing Coordination with sales and execution teams.

Supporting customers with on time delivery and Order Handling Services.Closing and continuous follow up with customers and supporting functions to ensure invoicing and collection on time.

Ensuring the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, technical, payment) by coordinating with sales, operations, supply chain management, and other internal and / or external teams.

Coordinating resolution with after-sales service and spare parts teams.Recommending appropriate solution for customer requests, and coordinates with related teams to ensure the complete handling of the request (e.

g. production capability and scheduling, resourcing, quotes, price lists, invoice) is in place.Informing customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions.

Ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the entire process.Preparing and analyzing regular statistics (e.g. forecast) using available tools and collecting relevant information.

Tracking regular target performance and provides results to management.Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your backgroundA bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation.Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in customer support and order handling profile for LV or MV Drives.
