  • Develop and recommend brand positioning and packaging to achieve the highest possible long-term share.
  • Translate brand idea into campaigns with a distinctive tone and purpose throughout the customer journey from interest to advocacy.
  • Establish performance specifications of the product, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors' activities.
  • Understand consumer category and competitive insights and implications to drive decisions.
  • Leverages current and new partners to amplify brand.
  • Partner with sales to develop marketing progress to include both control brand and branded products.
  • Reviews and analyses sales performance against programs to determine effectiveness
  • 5- 8 years brand management and activation experience, market experience in FMCG.
  • Instinct feeling about future product concepts in Qatar market.
  • Excellent analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
  • Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research.
  • Enthusiastic about company products.
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organized and methodical persona
  • Good presentation skills
