DohaKey DeliverablesSupervising and administering the implementation of personnel systems regarding attendance, leaves, vacations, salaries and benefits, and ensure keeping records of all personal data in a proper manner.

Job Description· Supervising all administrative programs to ensure compliance and equity within organization.· Administering benefits programs such as life, health, dental and disability insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance in order to ensure the proper implementation of such programs.

  • Communicating employee / personnel policies & procedures to all employees and responding to inquiries regarding them.· Keeping records of staff related documents such as personal data, compensation, benefits and personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews and terminations of employees.
  • Supervising the preparation of salaries records and ensure recording changes affecting net salaries such as exemption, increments, insurance coverage, loans, allowances etc.
  • Monitoring employee attendance and leaves and preparing of relevant reports in cases of non-compliance· Preparing reports regarding absenteeism and turnover and recommending procedures to reduce such issues and enhance work environment· Monitor all government relations / employee affairs and provide subordinates with immediate solutions.
  • Advising management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues such as grievance, violations, accidents, injuries, and cases of misconduct· Following up on the preparation of employee separation notices and related documentation, and conducting exit interviews to determine reasons behind separationsSkillsA) Critical / Key Skills : · Supervisory skills· Accuracy· Planning and organizing skills· Problem solvingB) Other Skills : Proficiency in MS Office etc.
  • C) Languages : Proficiency in English language is a must.Education / Experience Required· Five (5) years of related experience.
