  • Create and maintainingrelationship with Opcos in the region.
  • Maintain and build supplier relationship in-order tocapture the regional market share.
  • Immenseproduct knowledge and training capability
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customeraccount management matters.
  • Build and maintainstrong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximizeprofits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationshipswith key accounts, customer stakeholders and executivesponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successfuldelivery of our solutions according to customer needs andobjectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progressof monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Develop new business withexisting clients and / or identify areas of improvement to meet salesquotas.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics(e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status.
