Planning, scheduling and delegating the task set by Sales Manager to be completed by the team.
Ensuring that the quality and quantity of work produced by the team is meeting the set Target.
Ensuring timely, accurate and complete reporting to Section Head regarding the team's operations.
To Maintain discipline within the team to ensure that every member follows Organization's code of conduct and cultural norms.
Preparing the Sales Report and Sales plan and order forecast and submit to Sales Manager - Toyota
Ensuring that the team is achieving the set target of Customer Satisfaction
Initiate employees the need for training and make sure such training opportunities are available.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing
Automotive experience is a must
Previous supervisory experience is required
Strong team leadership skills
Strong Communication & Analytical skills
