Build and execute social mediastrategy through competitive research, platform determination,benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
Generate, edit, publish and sharedaily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that buildsmeaningful connections and encourages community members to takeaction
Set up andoptimize company pages within each platform to increase thevisibility of company's social content
Moderate all user-generatedcontent in line with the moderation policy for eachcommunity
Createeditorial calendars and syndication schedules
Continuously improve by capturingand analyzing the appropriate social data / metrics, insights andbest practices, and then acting on the information
Collaborate with other departments(customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify keyplayers and coordinate actions
