DohaDuties and Responsibilities : · Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with clients and prospect clients;
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule;· Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition;
Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities;
Work with team to develop marketing campaigns to support Sales Strategy. Generate new business and raise awareness of other company products;
Provide regular feedback to management about marketplace and competitor’s activity;· Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs;
Identify requirements for new products and services to anticipate and potentially lead the market;· Prepare accurate month-end, year-to-date, sales report for the analysis, create frequent reviews and reports with sales & financial data;
Maintains relationships with business customers by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new opportunities;
Set-up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns;· Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products / services;
Managing and coordinating the merchandiser work.· Setting up the target and achieve the target;· Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations in the market;
Collecting the payment from customers on time;· Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly plans, monthly and annual area analysis;
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques;
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management;
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications : 1. Should have Qatar Driver License2.
Good communication skills. Arabic speaking is an advantage.3. Team player4. At least 3 years of sales experience in Qatar market.
