Main DutiesTo implement sales and marketing policies and procedures within Company and provide frequent report to the management.

Roles & Responsibilities· Responsible for interacting with Customers for Sales, Distribution, Merchandising, Stock rotation collection and establishing good relationship with Customer· Studies the General Trade and ensures no loading or excess of products are in place, ensures that the customer card golden rules are followed accurately· Checks backroom stocks very thoroughly and updates customers on the status of the business on a monthly basis specially ones that qualify for a discount.

  • Conducts all sales call steps from Journey planning to collection and provides customer service support by providing creative ideas and recommendations to customers at store level for better sales execution.
  • Conducts minimum of 5 successful sales calls per day, generates pre-orders and submits to Sales operation for execution and delivery· Ensures that in-store merchandising, and display of our products are visible and in good facing position· Analyses work performance of handheld terminals through the handheld management reports.
  • Develops a checklist for daily activities and requirements in terms of Fact book, cards, score cards, agreements, POS Material etc, and assumes full responsibility for all material in terms of confidentiality and breach of confidentiality.
  • Develops frequent sales and development reports by store showing all opportunities and areas of growth and exhausts all efforts to exceed the pre-set targets.
  • Checks on expiry reports and conducts spot visits to stores checking expiry, layout, space allocation, promotions, hygiene, and other indicators as per policy, providing customers with solutions and alternatives to any product issues as expiry or any other.
  • Continuously collects data from market related to brands’ performance, competition prices, trading policies, consumers’ feedback, etc.
  • Performs routine checks on all products shelf lifetime, advises customers on lifetime remaining and suggest tangible and cost-effective steps to liquidate.
  • Provides customer development techniques by promoting new products and new SKUs to the customer and supports the customer to get more sales and revenues.
  • Develops a customer development proposal and get support from the Management to execute it.a. Represents the Company at the customer level with professional attitude and looks.
  • b. When required mentors new Sales Repc. Analyses and reports new store openingsd. Improvement of Share Of Shelf and excellence in marketing execution of activitiese.

    Provide leave coverage when requiredf. New product introductiong. Operate efficiently allocating proper time for each Customerh.

    Update the data base of Trade Asset.i. Deliver accurate and comprehensive competition activity report.j. Adherence of Journey Plan Strategyk.

    Provides feedback to the next level on the distribution issues.Job Requirement· Age limit : Not more than 35 years of age· Education : High school graduate or Diploma in business / marketing or any related field· Must hold a valid Qatar driving license· Must hold a valid Qatar ID· Full transfer is a must· Bilingual is a plusWork Experience*Minimum 3 to 4 years in sales & MarketingSkills & Competencies*· Full understanding of English· Attention to detail· Communication skills· Time management skillsJob Types : Full-time, PermanentSalary : QAR2,000.
