Take complete ownership of a project in the context of resourcing, quality, cost, and timelines.RESPONSIBILITIESProvide a full project management serviceRecruit, train, manage and motivate, and where necessary re-train, sufficient supervisors to meet our survey needs and to allow for supervisor unavailability (i.
e. during sickness and leave)Provide input to questionnaire design, sample plan, quotas and timeline to project teams from a data collection perspectiveSchedule adequate internal resource to ensure project deadlines are metIdentify critical success indicators for each project, and make sure the Field Supervisors are aware of themLiaise with the Field Supervisor regarding maintaining effective resource levels.
I.e. interviewing and supervisory teamReview questionnaires and other materials provided by researchers, undertake a detailed sense check and advise on improvements if appropriate.
Monitor productivity, Supervisor & Interviewer (interviewer via Response Rates, DQA, dept KPI’s etc) maintain documentation, and action feedback and document all performance and disciplinary issuesMaintain knowledge, support, and action all procedural and policy changes introduced into FieldProvide support, recognition, and feedback to the Supervisors to improve morale and assist them to achieve their potentialProvide assistance and support to Supervisors to enable a continuous improvement program is supported and developedDevelop knowledge of market research methodologies and changes impacting on the industry.
