The candidate Office Manager / Legal Assistant must have the following qualification and skills :

1. A Bachelor’s degree from an good reputed school is a plus

2. At least 8 years of experience in a similar position

3. Excellent written and spoken English and Arabic. French is a plus

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

5. Comfortable handling large work load under time constraints 6. Strong organizational and management skills

7. High level of discretion with confidential matters

8. Accurate and detail-oriented 9. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure

10. Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with different personality types

11. Superior research skills

12. Ability to be proactive and to identify issues and solve them properly

13. Computer skills

14. Familiar with electronic document management and filing systems

15. A good working knowledge of standard office technology and equipment, and general office procedures
