Job Description :
Performs a widevariety of clerical tasks in support of the business. Maintainsalphabetical, numerical or subject files. Interviews callers andmakes proper referrals.
Arranges meeting and appointment schedules.Arranges meetings and conferences. Operates office machinery and / orpersonal computers and may be familiar with several computerapplications.
Inputs data into various company systems. Generatescharts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and othermaterials with speed and accuracy.
May be responsible forgovernment and company property tracking and control. May interfacewith internal and / or external customers.
May require minimalknowledge of specific functional area. Checks work correctness. Mayassist in directing work, assigning and outliningtasks.
