1 Specific Duties and Responsibilities 1 1 Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place 1 2 Assists in the recruitment activities by receiving screening and filing application letters scheduling and organizing interviews and other recruitmentrelated activities 1 4 Coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff 1 5 Prepare develop and implement procedures and policies on general HR administration 1 6 Monitor staff performance and attendance activities 1 7 Monitor and track daily attendance leave and ticket accruals and ensure that data are correct at any given time 1 8 Investigate and understand causes for staff absences and latecoming 1 9 Recommend solutions to resolve chronic attendance difficulties 1 10 Encodes data of new hires in the Human Resource Information System 1 11 Provide basic counselling to staff having performance related obstacles 1 14 Keeps proper filing and record of all associate documents and HR documents for easy retrieval 1 15 Assists in conceptualizing and organizing associate activities and programs 2 General Responsibilities 2 1 Interface with counterparts and build relationships with them 2 2 Provide support to supervisors and staff to develop the skills and capabilities 2 3 Provide advice and assistance with writing job descriptions 2 4 Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations 2 5 Provide advice and assistance in developing human resource plans 2 6 Provide advice and recommendations on disciplinary actions 2 7 Provide advice and assistance to supervisors on staff recruitment 2 8 Provide advice and assistance to staff and management on pay and benefits systems 2 9 Participate in applicant interviews 2 10 Conduct exit interviews 2 11 Promote workplace safety 2 12 Research and monitor human resource systems in other organizations within the region 3 Occasional Responsibilities 3 1 Attend management meetings to provide information when necessary 3 2 Accepts and completes additional duties as assigned by the Head of HR Training
