  • Monitor project expenditures for all Institute andexternally-sponsored projects.
  • Reviewprojects’ monthly expenditures in comparison tobudgets.
  • Develop methods for timely andaccurate expenditure projections.
  • Providemonthly reports to project directors and seniormanagement.
  • Assist in preparation of annualand final project financial reports.
  • Assist indeveloping annual and multi-year grant budgets for newprojects.
  • RequiredSkills

  • Bachelorsdegree in a relevant discipline
  • Continuingprofessional education / certification in researchadministration
  • Minimum of three years ofexperience in project-level financial administration of sponsoredgrants
  • Experience in generating reports ofportfolios of multiple grants for senior management
  • Experience with budget development
