AL MAHA SERVICES (AMS)
HUB CUSTOMER SERVICES
Areas of services include check in rows, boarding gates, coach releasing, transfer desk, arrivals, lounges and concierge and baggage services.
Hamad International Airport (HIA) LOUNGES
QATAR DUTY FREE (QDF)
Will ensure that the shop is fully merchandised according to the department layout and that shelves are kept fully stocked at all times or displayed in a manner that maximizes the selling opportunity.
About You :
To qualify for the above roles, you should have a minimum of 2 year experience in customer services industry. Experience in an Airline, Travel, Hotel, Retail and Luxury establishments is preferred.
For candidates without prior experience, you must have completed your Bachelor's degree in order to qualify.
We are looking for candidates who has the passion for customer service. You are warm, cheerful, interactive, service oriented, can handle pressure and patient in dealing with passengers.
You have pleasing personality and possess excellent English communication. You are proficient in computer applications.
