Monitor and process routineadministrative items such as accounts payable, expense reports,supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, including changeof status, prospective employee interview scheduling, and new hireorientation.
Scheduleappointments; update calendars; assist with travelarrangements.
Schedule meetings, coordinatemeetings; prepare draft-meeting minutes.
Maintain records, create and maintain charts, graphs,spreadsheets and databases.
File (paper andelectronic); fax; copy; distribute mail.
Participate actively with other administrative supportstaff in assisting other teams, within and external to the project,as needed.
Follow safe work practices andadhere to company guidelines and policies for planning andexecuting work in a safe manner.
Complete allwork in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with theStantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
Other duties as requested fromtime to time by the Office Manager.
