  • Monitor and process routineadministrative items such as accounts payable, expense reports,supply requisitions, personnel transaction forms, including changeof status, prospective employee interview scheduling, and new hireorientation.
  • Scheduleappointments; update calendars; assist with travelarrangements.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinatemeetings; prepare draft-meeting minutes.
  • Maintain records, create and maintain charts, graphs,spreadsheets and databases.
  • File (paper andelectronic); fax; copy; distribute mail.
  • Participate actively with other administrative supportstaff in assisting other teams, within and external to the project,as needed.
  • Follow safe work practices andadhere to company guidelines and policies for planning andexecuting work in a safe manner.
  • Complete allwork in line with Stantec Core Values and in accordance with theStantec Quality Systems and Project Quality Procedures.
  • Other duties as requested fromtime to time by the Office Manager.
