to provide a correct and timely supply ofparts to the customer, be it internal or external, in order toinsure its satisfaction and loyalty.

  • toknowautomotiveparts, accessories collections products and services,as well as the petitor's products, including theirstrengths and weaknesses.
  • to know and apply the partssales process steps and all organizational interfaces and to havebasic knowledge about related aftersales processes (e.
  • g. workshop,service, body paint).

  • to be able to initiate firstcontact with a customer, to prepare and conduct a partsconsultation and to do the handover of parts and aftercareoperations.
  • to have the required knowledge about orderprocessing, invoicing, warranty and goodwill conditions andprocesses.
  • to master the relevant it systems forcustomer data management and parts identification, ordering andinvoicing (dms, epc, spps, star order,...)
  • to havesufficient knowledge about time management in order to manage andprioritize his her workload.
  • to know the key data tomonitor his her targets and how to interpret them (parts net sales,gross profit, customer satisfaction,...)
  • to have basictechnical knowledge in order to give technical advice during partsconsultation.
  • to know and apply automotive brand valuesand live up to the brand and pany's behavioral standards.
  • to be able to undertake any other duties as appropriatewithin their petence, as required by the partssalessupervisor.
