  • Achieves regional salesoperational objectives by contributing regional sales informationand recommendations to strategic plans and reviews;

  • completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional salessystem improvements; implementing change.

  • Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecastingrequirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures;
  • analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan andquota for districts in support of national objectives.
  • Maintains and expands customer base by counselingdistrict sales representatives; building and maintaining rapportwith key customers;
  • identifying new customeropportunities.

  • Recommends product lines byidentifying new product opportunities, and / or product, packaging,and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; trackingcompetitors.
  • Implements trade promotions bypublishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educationalopportunities; reading professional publications; maintainingpersonal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales andorganization mission by completing related results asneeded.
