  • Assist the procurement team incategory management activities such as organising meetings,preparing tender documentation, auditing equipment, preparingreports and spreadsheets, etc..
  • Assist withLTC and GTC meeting preparation
  • Take minutesof meetings
  • Maintain records on MEEZAportal
  • Conduct yearly vendorevaluation
  • Update and maintain supplier andpurchase order records within ERP
  • Oversee theordering of material and supplies from vendors
  • Research, interview and negotiate with suppliers toobtain prices and specifications
  • Createpurchase orders for the acquisition of material and perform relatedadministrative tasks
  • Assist with theday-to-day running of procurement related purchase
  • Maintain contract database ensuring all contractinformation is accurate and up to date copies are held
  • Monitor contract expiry dates
