About the Job :
The provides a range of administrative, logistical and organizational support to the SVP Discover Qatar as well as the wider team.
They will be required to manage and evaluate administrative requests from within the department, ensuring all requests are within the corporate guidelines, including but not limited to proposals, manpower movements, employee leave requests, employee duty travel requests, ticket rebate requests and agency related proposals.
The role also supports the preparation of reports and handles special projects related to the activities of the department.
To independently manage the correspondence with internal as well as external parties, based on guidelines, and outlines set by the Senior Vice President and / or Team Managers.
About You :
You should hold a Degree with minimum of 4 years of relevant job related experience within a fast moving, multi task environment.
You should have advanced knowledge of MS Office skills (MS Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point and Visio).
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills (verbal and written) along with a high attention to detail and quality.
You should have previous experience of supporting Senior / Executive Level Management. You should have knowledge of Oracle ERP systems and have strong time management and organizational skills.
You will be a proactive and strategic planner with the ability to self-organize, manage time, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
