Keyaccountabilities include :

  • Monitor alerts pertaining toHIA & DIA IT infrastructure and provides 1st leveltechnical support.
  • Monitor SOC (Security OperationCentre) alerts and escalate to concerned team.
  • Identify,respond to faults & alerts in Incident Management tool andmanage escalation through to resolution.
  • Generate andpublish operational reports as requested by the management.
  • Maintain Knowledge Base and Standard OperationProcedures documents and ensure that all documents are kept up todate.
  • Perform Failover, Back up & Restorationactivities in coordination with technical teams as a part ofISO20000 framework.
  • Facilitate technical teams in theexecution of network projects.
  • Train and mentor NOC teammembers.
  • Address potential escalations and takeeffective measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Coordinatewith technical teams in incident resolution.
  • Performintegration check of server backup.
  • Work with telecomservice provider to resolve WAN / Internet link issues.
  • Coordinate with vendor to fine tune / optimize alerts in NetworkMonitoring System.
