Input and access data in reservation system.
Indicate special room reservation types (e.g.,complimentary rooms, employee discounts, travel agent inspectionrates, and wholesale reservations) by inputting the correct codeand rate into the reservation system.
Followproper escalation procedures when addressing guestconcerns.
