Ensures that all operations are built in a correct cost effective and timely manner aligned with policies and quality requirementsHe or she attains to improve performance productivity efficiency and profitability of the company through the implementation of effective methods and strategiesImproves operational management systems processes and best practices that guarantee organizational wellbeing and successPlans directs and coordinates all organizations operations leads towards the achievement of companys strategic and operational objectivesExamines financial datastatements and usethem to improve profitabilityMaximizes the revenue of the business by working with an accountant on business stock control and income revenue and analyses cost of goods COGs to ensure profitability and budgetingTo implement a working plan to ensure the longterm effectiveness of the businessPerforms quality controls and monitor Key Performance Indicators of all areasIn charge of daily operations and all aspects of the daytoday running of Evergreen OrganicsLeads a multicultural team with enthusiasm positive and friendly attitudeOversees all food and beverage purchases and build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistency and best pricesKeeps up to date on current cafe industry trends especially for vegan plantbased and raw food and educate all of the team on your findingsPerforms task as assigned from time to timeEnsures that communication between departments is ongoing and utilised to maintain an environment of continuous improvementSupports the company in production planning and making sure the business is adequately resourcedIdentifies any skills gaps in the organisation and undertaking a recruitment programme to support thisTrains of staff and managers to ensure that everyone is performing adequately in their roleProvides a leadership support function to teams and motivating staff to achieve production goalsActs as a liaison to senior management and board of directors to keep them up to date with shop floor mattersEnsures key performance indicators are in place and production targets are metImplements of any new policies and procedures relating to the production processIntroduces and manages inhouse IT systems ensuring that they are fit for purpose
