As a healthcare Customer ServiceRepresentative, you will be responsible for successfully managinglarge amounts of inbound and outbound calls.
This will includefollowing communication scripts, handling different topics, andacting as a liaison between our company and its customers.
Inaddition, you will be responsible for evaluating all documents toensure that appropriate information has been obtained for billingpurposes.
1. Minimum1 year of outbound / inbound calling experience in a call center,medical office / clinic orinstitutional setting
2. Ability to convey a positiveand professional image to customers and employees
3.Maintain composure in high pressure situations
4.Capable of following an issue through to itsconclusion
