  • Job DescriptionPerformance of the contracts administration aspects of a set of projects as part of the programme management consultant's role on a major programme of infrastructure development worksInterfaces with all teams to meet overall program deliverablesDrafting Contractual correspondence;
  • Monitoring and processing Variation Orders and Addenda; Final Accounts for Consultants and Contractors; Drafting and maintaining periodic commercial and Contractual reports;
  • Drafting Weekly and Monthly ReportsReporting on contract administration performance of Consultants and ContractorsQualificationsKEY EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : We are looking for someone with an eagerness to progress their career and develop professionally;
  • A positive and assertive attitude is key for this role;Experience working within a professional consultancy is preferred;
  • Experience in quantity measurement and BoQ preparation for civil works using CESSM3;Strong experience in pre-contract works (tender documentation, tender evaluation, tender procedures etc.

  • SKILLS REQUIREDBSc Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent full time degree is mandatory;Minimum 10 years’ post qualification experience;
  • Middle East experience is necessary;Major Infrastructure Programme experience is required (roads, drainage, highways);Ministry of Municipality (MME certification) preferred, not essentialMRICS is preferred;
  • Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user;Fluent English both written and spoken.Additional InformationOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
