About Us : Watershed Management Consulting (http : / / was established in December 2014 to provide Management Consulting Services and Training Services, to our clients, and we specialize in : Project Management & PMO Consulting and Training Leadership Trainings and ILM Trainings (Institute of Leadership Management) Management Consulting : Organizational Effectiveness Change Management Risk Management Business Strategy We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving the efforts in growing and sustaining the business and achieves the monthly sales targets and KPIs.

This position reports to the Business development head.

Primary Responsibilities : Consulting & Training Services division Responsible for identifying business prospects and creating sales pipeline by identifying relevant contacts at target organizations, establish first contact and gathering information useful to formulate sales strategies for new and existing clients Establish and maintain relationship with clients, make frequent sales calls, attend client meetings Develop client proposals, contracts, cost analysis, negotiations and closure of deals by liaising with the Business development head Identify suitable business partners for key strategic opportunities and manage relationship with partners Perform analysis and recommend appropriate strategic decisions for Management review Complete Vendor Registrations for all clients Make contact and meet with decision makers, Learning & Development and HR Managers Run Marketing campaigns Prepare and submit weekly reports Planning and Execution Preparing action plans and schedules on a monthly basis to continuously improve and enhance the business Forecast sales targets and ensure the sales targets are achieved Identify opportunities for campaigns, promotion and events that will lead to an increase in sales Desired Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills -

  • should have ability to initiate and lead engaging discussions with clients Good analytical skills with excellent business acumen and to be able to get insightful details when communicating with the clients Sales Pipeline Planning Good understanding of the Qatari market Negotiation and Public Speaking skills Self motivation and ability to achieve sales targets with minimum supervision Educational Qualifications MBA or similar degree;
