Ensure a robust OD and workforce plan is in place that meets operational needs and can be delivered within the agreed financial envelope over the period.
Contribute to the design and delivery of people and organisational design strategies and the management of change in support of the organisation’s strategic and operational plans, providing information, advice and services as required.
To define, design and deliver QR’s Workforce Strategy by proactively researching macro-economic labour trends and bringing analytical insight from diverse forecasts related to company financials, business metrics etc.
Oversee implementation of OD and workforce planning strategies, processes and interventions that support the Group’s overall operating direction and strategy
Drive and support strategic analyses of business-drivers in support of workforce strategy development and planning processes
Make strategic decisions with regard to company hierarchy and personnel infrastructure.
Oversee and ensure the integration of Workforce Planning , Manpower Planning and Organization Design to deliver seamless services to the organization
Analyse Workforce Plans and model trends to :
Influence stakeholders to revise workforce plan forecasts, as required
Facilitate development and implementation of effective and efficient People Planning processes and models in tools such as MS Excel, Access and other web based tools
Support HR leaders to provide actionable data analytics insight that will drive business decisions Define, model and monitor workforce demographics, current and future workforce outlook on structure and mobility Collaborate with functional leaders to monitor ongoing planned versus actual workforce metrics, interpret HR data and support the development of action plans to achieve their workforce plans Influence key stakeholders to ensure delivery of efficient and effective workforce plans including processes, reviews, updates, and improvements.
Partner with finance to ensure integration with current processes that incorporate headcount forecasting, budgeting and reporting Build and maintain credibility throughout HR as a trusted partner and team player.
Sustain control and ownership of appropriate areas and uphold high standards for quality of work product. Drive process improvement and process simplification wherever possible.
Leverage change management and project management skills to effectively implement workforce management best practices to the enterprise
About You : Qualifications :
Qualifications : Essential
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in HR and or Business disciplines such as Strategy, Economics, etc.
Masters Degree or equivalent
Previous Experience : Essential
Expert - minimum 10 years of job-related experience required
Approximately 8 to 10 years of business, consulting or HR role(s) where focus has been on development and implementation of :
