About Your Job :
In this role, you will provide a range of administrative, logistical and organisational support functions to the SVP Marketing & Communications as well as the Corporate Communications Team, with the goal of ensuring a smooth and predictable operation of the department.
You will support and facilitate the information flow to the VP and SVP of the department and support and facilitate the SVPs needs.
Specific accountabilities include providing administrative support to the SVP and VP of Corporate Communications including managing email, answering phones, distributing mail, word processing, preparation of PowerPoint slides, drafting of letters, emails, minute-
taking, setting up and maintaining excel spreadsheets, data input into databases, file management, diary management, photocopying, faxing and another other related duties.
About You :
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelors degree with at least four years of job-related experience. You should have previous experience in a role supporting management either as a Personal Assistant or Office Manager.
You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop high-quality written email communications in English.
