Review scaffold installation work plans, pre-taskplanning and method statements to ensure comprehensive safety andfeasibility aspects are incorporated
Providecompany representation in monitoring contractor's scaffoldinstallation-related activities. Reports activities, progress, andareas of concern to Safety Lead / onsite supervisor
Monitor offshore execution progress against the offshoreintegrated schedule
Ensure installation plansare developed in accordance with rules, regulations, and standardsand permit to work procedures as applicable ![]()
