Female personal assistant to the business owner, looking for someone who is attentive to details, , hard-worker with strong social and negotiation skills and a background in business and fashion.
Acting as a first point of contact : dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation.
Organizing events and conferences.
Reminding the owner of important tasks and deadlines.
Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
Managing databases and filing systems.
Implementing and maintaining procedures / administrative systems.
Liaising with the team, agencies and clients.
Collating and filing expenses.
Conducting research on behalf of the owner.
Organizing the manager’s personal commitments including travel or other reservations / social activities.
Personal shopping on behalf of the manager.
Monthly Salary : QAR 2,000
Yearly Bonus : Depends on the targets done.
Note : Employee will be required to sign an NDA.
Fluent English Speaker.
