Preparation of forensic programmers suitable for use in potential hearings.
Preparation of claim and counter- claim register including â€œcause and effectâ€ of allevents in claims logs.
Other responsibilities also included defining the notification requirements under thecontract for EOT and setting up a standardized system to ensure compliance.

Preparation in anticipation for the defenses to counterclaims and advice regardingretrospective analysis for EOTs, prolongation costs, disruption, programmecritiques and delay analysis critiques.
Provide assistance and advice in the management of known current and futurepotential claims and disputes.
Where required, provide support to planning expert in litigation, arbitration andother dispute forums.
