Research social media and develop competitive brand SM scene under the supervision of senior team.
Regularly feedback insights gained from social media monitoring into the Team leader, to help them evolve their strategies reports on time.
Monitor trends and applications in social media tools.
Work on daily and monthly reports.
Use online listening, supplemental research and daily community learnings to provide insights for improving programs and enhancing client social media accounts.
Owning the content, tagging, sentiment (development analytics & reporting process), is ready, client facing and delivered on time.
Under the supervision of the Team leader.
Government experience preferred
Arabic speaker (bilingual)
Proven track of experience in Social Media analysis and monitoring
Work under pressure and handle heavy work load
High communication skills (verbal and writen0
Ability to work in shifts
High analytical skills
Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision
