OPERATIONS ENGINEERING - MES OPERATIONS
Primary purpose of job
To consistently provide accurate and efficient Estimating & Quantity Surveying Services to NGL processing facilities in managing value and cost for major plant turnarounds, equipment / system maintenance / replacements to safely and timely achieve MESAIEED operations business objectives.
Experience & Skills
a) 7 (seven) years experience in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Process industries with major company or contractor in multi-disciplinary maintenance environment with practical knowledge of process plant, equipment, pipe work and steelwork.
Min. 2 years experience in Estimation and Quantity Surveying with maturity to provide consistent budget quality cost estimates.
Good knowledge in all aspects of maintenance / Turnaround, contracts and claim administration. b) Advance user of computer systems and applications including database, spreadsheet, word processing, SAP / CMMS, presentation, flow charting, communication, etc.
c) A self-motivated, team player, who works with minimum supervision and assistance and has good communications and numeracy skills.
Desirable a) Postgraduate qualification in financial or business management. b) Working experience in SAP-PM module. c) Exposure to ISO9001 : 2000 Quality Management System.
d) Multi-disciplinary experience. e) Experience in Middle East Oil & Gas, Petrochem industries.
A bachelor degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical).
